Detergent is a commodity. Scent is an emotion. GAIN's superpower wasn't cleaning clothes — it was triggering memories, moods, and irrational brand loyalty through fragrance. We designed an experiential campaign that turned scent into spectacle: immersive installations that let people step inside the smell, live social moments that captured genuine reactions, and a content strategy that made laundry weirdly exciting.
